Thank you for choosing to book your appointment online – before you proceed, we would like to ensure that you have the latest information about using this service so that you can get the appointment you want.

If you are a new patient:

As a new patient, the first appointment you make will be a Zoom/telephone conversation with one of our chiropractors to ensure that your request for treatment, complies with the Guidance we operate under due to Covid19 Protocols.

Our Guidance states that: treatment may continue if it is considered valid and necessary for the health and wellbeing of the patient. By having a Zoom/telephone conversation initially – we can determine this and book the follow-up appointment in the Clinic.

The follow-up appointment can be done at the time of the Zoom call
At present new patient appointments booked via this system can only be booked with Charlotte (see information about Charlotte here).

If you are an existing patient but have not been in for at least one year:

If this is the case – you will automatically book a new/old existing patient appointment. This will also be a Zoom/telephone conversation initially, as with new patients, we must determine the validity of the request for care as required by the Covid19 Guidance. You can book this appointment with any of our Chiropractors and the follow-up appointments will be booked after the initial Zoom/telephone call.

If you are booking an appointment as an existing patient for a follow up appointment:

If you are already registered with us – you can book your next appointment with any of our chiropractors and our sports massage therapist (without the need for a Zoom call) via this service.

Please note that when booking your appointment on a particular day, there may be no appointment times available, so your request will not go through. Booking an appointment for a week in advance or more will have a greater chance of success. If you want an appointment within 2-3 days, it may be better to contact us via email or phone.
The appointment will be considered as valid and necessary, as continuing your care is essential at this time.
