WE’RE OPEN DURING NOVEMBER LOCKDOWN

Following the announcement from the Prime Minister and the updated restrictions on people who need to isolate, we were relieved to note that as the Lymington Chiropractic Clinic offers primary care for our patients, we will be able to stay open during the November lockdown. Even with the few amendments noted, we can remain open, so long as the new regulations do not change.

Taking everything into account, reviewing the safety of our procedures for both patients and staff, we will be open Monday to Friday, but we are unable to open the clinic on Saturday mornings during this lockdown. Once the lockdown measures are lifted, we will open again on Saturday mornings. Chiropractic care and Sports Massage and Acupuncture will be available during November, for those who need it.

Travel to and from your appointment is deemed essential travel, so that should not contravene any restrictions you may be under.

We are advising anyone who is I’ll, even if it appears to only to be a cold, not to attend their appointment and understand if you need to postpone your appointment. Also you may not wish to attend the clinic during this time, or you have been advised to shield, and we would be happy to postpone any appointment you have made.

Following advice from Public Health England, as before, we are regularly cleaning and disinfecting surfaces throughout the clinic. This includes doors, handrails and the benches. Hand sanitisers, paper towels and soap are available for you to use whilst you are with us. Our chiropractors and clinicians are washing and disinfecting their hands thoroughly throughout the day.

Masks must be worn by both you and us, unless you are exempt from wearing one as advised by government guidelines. We always wear a fresh mask, gloves and apron for every client that we see, reducing any risk to our patients and ourselves.

Our new air conditioning units have nanoe x technology, a system which filters the air and kills of viruses, bacteria and reduces allergens. This makes for a more comfortable, safer and cleaner environment in which to provide care.

All these measures will minimise risk and by taking a few sensible precautions and working together we can reduce the effects of the virus for all of us, and ensure that everyone who needs to see us during this time is safe.

We want to reassure you that we are monitoring the situation carefully and following the best advice available. If the situation does change, we will keep patients informed without delay.

Until then, you can rest assured that we will continue to help and do our best to remain safe for you.
