Before your consultation, we will send you a New Patient Intake form to complete in advance. This gives your chiropractor useful background information before your visit and helps your appointment run as smoothly as possible. If you would prefer not to complete the form electronically, a paper copy can be provided for you at the clinic.
Please allow up to an hour for this appointment. If you provide a mobile number, we will send you a text reminder before your appointment, or a member of our reception team will contact you with the details.
During your first appointment, your chiropractor will take time to discuss your symptoms, medical history and the reason for your visit. This detailed case history is an important part of understanding your concerns and making sure your care is appropriate to your needs.
A physical examination will usually follow to assess the areas relevant to your symptoms and build a clearer picture of your condition. Please wear something comfortable to your appointment. Loose-fitting clothes are ideal.
